Innovative aluminum alloy shovel born from the studies of a team of engineers and doctors who, together with the company Lilly Codroipo, have created a totally new concept of a shovel!<\/p>\n
Below are the features that make it unique:<\/p>\n
– First, the great innovation of this shovel: the ergonomic handle. The ergonomic curvature of the handle reduces strain on shoulder joints. All things being equal, with the Arena shovel the grip is lowered from 5 to 15 cm, alleviating the pizza maker’s effort in ‘baking pizzas
\n– the unique 3d system on the blade plate creates air cushions that reduce the friction of the pizza by increasing its smoothness on the blade
\n– Very resistant to corrosion due to hard anodizing
\n– Very wear-resistant: handle welded to the blade with rivets and double folds
\n– Lightweight to facilitate work
\n– Special perforation: the holes come in different shapes and sizes, and are distributed on the plate so as to facilitate the discharge of all excess flour under the pizza
