The PALA ARENA is an innovative aluminum alloy peel developed by a team of engineers and medical professionals who, together with the company Lilly Codroipo, created a completely new concept for a peel!
In this ICONIC version, the ARENA DESIGN paddle combines comfort and beauty:
the handle design is inspired by the majolica tiles of northeastern Italy, with echoes of decorative styles typical of the South!
Below are the features that make it unique:
– The major innovation of this peel is its ergonomic handle: the curvature reduces strain on the shoulder joints and, consequently, on the back. All things being equal, the Arena peel lowers the grip position by 5 to 15 cm, easing the effort required by the pizza maker when baking pizzas.
– the unique 3d system on the blade plate creates air cushions that reduce the friction of the pizza by increasing its smoothness on the blade
– Very resistant to corrosion due to hard anodizing
– Very wear-resistant: handle welded to the blade with rivets and double folds
– lightweight, to lighten the workload
– with special perforation: the holes vary in shape and size and are distributed across the surface to facilitate the discharge of all excess flour from beneath the pizza.
– the ergonomic end piece is reinforced with fiberglass for greater durability
