Innovative aluminum alloy shovel born from the studies of a team of engineers and doctors who, together with the company Lilly Codroipo, have created a totally new concept of a shovel!
Below are the features that make it unique:
– First, the great innovation of this shovel: the ergonomic handle. The ergonomic curvature of the handle reduces strain on shoulder joints. All things being equal, with the Arena shovel the grip is lowered from 5 to 15 cm, alleviating the pizza maker’s effort in ‘baking pizzas
– the unique 3d system on the blade plate creates air cushions that reduce the friction of the pizza by increasing its smoothness on the blade
– Very resistant to corrosion due to hard anodizing
– Very wear-resistant: handle welded to the blade with rivets and double folds
– Lightweight to facilitate work
– Special perforation: the holes come in different shapes and sizes, and are distributed on the plate so as to facilitate the discharge of all excess flour under the pizza
– Ergonomic terminal enriched with fiberglass for durability
