ILLILLO is a revolutionary kiln product designed and made entirely in Italy.
The model we propose is the EXTREME: enhanced in strength, it reaches higher temperatures allowing the pizza to cook in less time.
The main body is made of 100% food-grade aluminum alloy, which is sandblasted to avoid the use of paint, Teflon and other chemicals.
Reaching 380° in just 10 minutes and maintaining a constant temperature, ILLILLO is tested to bake more than 20 consecutive pizzas at a rate of 2 minutes and 30” each.
To ensure the promised performance, it makes use of dual power supply: you place ILLILLO on the gas flame, and connect it to the power supply to heat the dome with the heating element.
It consumes only 1500W therefore you can use it simultaneously with other appliances!
In the package you will also receive the first recipes from which to have fun with ILLILLO: in fact, you can cook numerous dishes, not just pizza.
