The wooden Roma shovel was created for baking and churning pizza by the meter, but it is also very useful for use in bakeries.
It is made of beech plywood with a thickness of 7 mm-this type of wood absorbs moisture from the dough, allowing the pizza to glide smoothly on the shovel.
Equipped with milling at the tip, the product’s descent is thus facilitated, and the practical handle ensures a firm grip.
Available in different width and length sizes.
