Perforated aluminum shovel for pizza al metro.
Ideal tool for baking and taking out pizza al metro, it is also useful in bakeries for flatbreads and long-rising products.

Aluminum provides us with durability, strength and hygiene.
Drilling, on the other hand, allows us to drain excess flour underneath the pizza, and provides us with a lighter blade than the solid version.
Milling on the tip makes it easier for the pizza to rise, while the slightly raised side edges prevent the pizza from sliding off the blade.

Comfortable and firm handle with wooden but removable handle.

Available in different length and width sizes, and also available in a solid version.
